this is my most favorite salad in the whole wide world. it's half of a big old bag of romaine hearts, a slice of havarti cheese torn up artistic like, and ground turkey.

my amazing sister in law in california sent us this super fancy schmancy pear dressing and it is sooo good. just a dab will do ya because i end up eating my whole salad in search of the leaves with this awesome-sauce on it. i never want it to go away. if a tornado comes, this would be in the top 5 things i'd grab for sure.
